Today marks a new era for Irish Epicor users

Today marks a new era for Irish Epicor users.

The Irish Regional Epicor User Group held its first event today, a Finance Day at the Kingswood Hotel, Dublin.   As proud sponsors of this event, we are excited with the participation and enthusiasm… by users helping users throughout the day.

So what is the The Epicor Users Group?

It is an independent, non-profit, global organization comprised of companies using Epicor Software.  The users define what the local groups are and should be from a local perspective with the overall goal of USERS HELPING USERS.

The global EUG has over 2000 companies, over 6000 members  in over 40 countries – you are not alone!

Together with the support of a partner such as Aspera Solutions you have further support as an Epicor user within your local EUG.

The user group offers to mention a few:

  • User events such as the Finance Day today in Dublin, some of the sessions covered;

Financial Planner
Finance 10.1 User Experience
Customer National Accounts & Exchange Rates
Epicor 10.1.500 Update
Credit Control
Finance Dashboards

Packed house at the event

  • Downloads, Forums & Webcasts – Working reports and dashboards to help your business to use Epicor products more effectively and tips and tricks on Epicor software including some key workarounds
  • Training – driven by the users and supported by partners and Epicor
  • Networking that is local to you or global depending on your requirements

Meet the Irish Regional EUG committee which is made up of (left to right) Shane Pender (Customer Experience Manager from Marco Beverages), Sinead McCarthy (Financial Director from Colourtrend), and Paul Shields (Financial Controller from LacPatrick Group).

The Irish Regional Epicor User Group logo is slightly different where they have used the Shamrock which provides the local feel to this local group to the Island of Ireland but as per céad míle fáilte which literally means “a thousand welcomes” all Epicor users are welcome to any Irish Regional EUG events so ensure you have joined the EUG.

Aspera Solutions is looking forward to the next set of events and engagements in Ireland and UK during 2017.

Ask your ERP provider do Users Help Users and if they do are they as active as the Epicor User Group – if not ask why?
