Business Intelligence (BI)

Aspera can supply integrated document management solutions based on Microsoft SharePoint, Altec and Version One, giving users the freedom and flexibility to scan, automatically index through Optical Character Recognition (OCR), store, and view large volumes of documents in a variety of ways.

Knowledge Mentor
Epicor Knowledge Mentor enables organisations to easily create, deploy and manage custom role-based training, documentation and online help resources for users. This software accelerates optimal user adoption and reduces ongoing user support costs.

Data Migration

Forecasting and Demand Management
The CDC Software Supply Chain Planning suite complements any ERP system. The Demand Planning module enables you to plan more proactively, frequently, and accurately across the entire supply chain. It integrates a "best-fit" forecast based on historical demand, with user-anticipated differences. It is especially suited to the needs of companies whose demand patterns are shifting, the system continually improves each forecast, learning from the most recent period of demand, measuring forecast error, and highlighting exceptions.

Vendor Managed Inventory
Two additional modules in the CDC Software Supply Chain Planning suite turn Demand Planning into a full Sales and Operations Planning or Vendor Managed Inventory solution. Inventory Optimization helps planners decide on the optimum stock levels to maintain, to minimize inventory investment and maximize customer service across multiple SKUs and multiple locations. Inventory Replenishment Planning optimizes transport costs to make full use of available capacity when replenishing inventory at distributed locations.
