Aspera Solutions is an IT systems specialist providing solutions to the manufacturing and distribution sectors.

Established in 1987, our approach has always been to partner with our customers, working together to meet strategic objectives. We firmly believe that to be truly successful, you cannot be all things to all people.  We specialise in the manufacturing and distribution industries, and have the experience and specialist solutions to provide a unique partnership for companies in this demanding sector.

The UK office is in Birmingham with the company headquarters located in Dublin, and consultants based regionally to support local implementations. We now have over 80 customers across Ireland and the UK supported from our customer services centre in Dublin. Aspera Solutions is privately owned, profitable and growing.

We work only with technology partners that that develop technically advanced, functional and cost effective products with which we can build solutions for our clients with complete confidence. Aspera are key partners in the UK and Ireland for two of the leading international ERP solutions: Epicor and CDC Ross. These systems cover the full range of industry functionality and business size, and during the systems selection phase of a project we will work with our customers to specify and scope the most suitable system for their organisation.

Implementation Projects

Project Management: We use the “Signature” implementation methodology which provides the structure and control to enable our senior project managers to focus on delivering projects on time, within budget and meeting agreed business objectives.

Consulting Services: Our consulting division has a reputation for expertise reaching far beyond our customers and partners. Many consultants have worked directly for CDC Ross, Epicor or in the process industry, and the strength and breadth of our knowledgebase is exceptional.

Education and Training: Our training programmes are designed to maximise the value and return on your investment as quickly as possible. We believe in ongoing training to continue to build on the success of the system. We can also train your team on the implementation of industry best practice processes.

Fixed Price: We offer fixed price implementations to deliver projects against an agreed scope of supply. This enables our customers to engage our services with confidence.

Whether this is simple report or screen configuration, or the creation of completely new business processes, our technical team has the expertise to design, develop, deliver and support cost-effective custom systems to match your business requirements.

Systems Integration

Few systems operate in isolation, and frequently systems are integrated to share data, provide continuity of business process and enable end to end business management from a unified solution. Our development team are experienced in delivering sophisticated systems integration services, covering office systems, corporate ERP, plant systems and factory equipment, warehousing systems, transport and third party logistics, customers’ and suppliers’ systems..

Customer Care

Customer Support Desk: As with our consulting and implementation teams, we employ manufacturing industry professionals who understand the challenges your business faces and know how to resolve your problems efficiently. Our customers can access our support team through our dedicated ‘Support Portal’ and through our manned support call centre.

Software Maintenance: An annual software maintenance subscription ensures you have access to software error correction and new software versions as they are released by our software partners.

Aspera Help Line: An additional layered service provides you with local support for your own system configuration, where in addition to telephone support we can provide remote installation of patches and upgrades, diagnostics, system maintenance and data error correction.
